Abstract	The ratio of provocation of bribery and complicity in corruption crimes is considered from the point of view of attributing certain crimes to corruption. It is shown that the inconsistency of the content of the list of such crimes in the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the definition of a corruption offense in the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption” leads to a violation of the principle of fairness.
